Arkadiusz Cybulski
Brave Mind Fighters strategy, partnerships, and Poland’s robotics ecosystem.
Arkadiusz Cybulski holds a degree in computer science from Gdańsk University of Technology and is an expert in AI-driven product development, next-generation robotics, and commercializing advanced technologies. He leads Brave Mind Fighters strategy, partnerships, and coordination between academia, business, and the technical team.
As Head of AI & Robots R&D at the US company Susteen, he drives innovation projects in artificial intelligence and robotics. He previously served as Head of AI/GPU at Golem Factory, developing products on decentralized AI infrastructure.
He co-founded Robo Hub, a platform helping companies deploy next-generation robots, and founded Śniadania Robotyczne (Robotics Breakfasts), one of Poland’s largest communities connecting robotics, AI, startups, business, and science.
He also develops Robot Security System, coordinating autonomous robots and AI agents for physical security of critical infrastructure, logistics, and factories.
He has delivered more than 100 IT and digital product projects for major Polish and international companies. He ran a game-development school and one of the world’s top professional esports teams, multiple-time world champions.
He founded the Council for Modern Robotics at the Shopfloor Management Institute, preparing Polish manufacturing companies to commercialize and deploy humanoid and quadruped robots.

Piotr Gerke
Simulation environments, AI training, and deploying models on physical robots.
For several years Piotr Gerke has focused on practical development of humanoid and quadruped robot technologies. As R&D Growth Manager at Susteen he works on reinforcement learning, imitation learning, and sim-to-real using MuJoCo, NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, and LeRobot.
He contributes to Robot Security System, enabling cooperation of autonomous robots and AI agents for physical security applications.
He co-founded Robo Hub to support enterprises deploying next-generation robots in industry, logistics, security, and process automation.
At Brave Mind Fighters he leads the technical team - simulation environments, AI training, and deploying models on physical robots.
He sits on the Council for Modern Robotics at the Shopfloor Management Institute, which helps Polish manufacturers deploy humanoid and quadruped robot technologies.

Konrad Suchodolski
Electronics, embedded systems, motion control, and VLA for humanoids.
Konrad Suchodolski studies electronics at Warsaw University of Technology, works at HumanTech Research Center SWPS, and has spent nearly a decade on humanoid robotics. He chairs the PW Humanoid Robotics Student Research Group and co-creates the open-source RoboCrew and BETA Humanoid Robot projects.
He specializes in electronics design, embedded systems, motion control, and Vision-Language-Action for humanoids. At Brave Mind Fighters he leads hardware development, testing, and systems integration.

Nikodem Kuliś
Embedded Linux, ROS2, and low-level humanoid robot software.
Nikodem Kuliś studies electronics at Warsaw University of Technology and specializes in Embedded Linux, ROS2, and humanoid robot software architecture. He is an active contributor to BETA Humanoid Robot, developing a custom Linux distribution and ROS2 integration.
At Brave Mind Fighters he handles low-level software, systems integration, and robot motion control.

Piotr Zarzycki
Hardware integration and robotics platform development.
Piotr Zarzycki earned his BEng in electronics and photonics at Warsaw University of Technology and is pursuing a master’s in Electronic Embedded Systems. He contributes to RoboCrew and BETA Humanoid Robot, working on electronics, hardware architecture, Vision-Language-Action, and AI agents.
At Brave Mind Fighters he is responsible for hardware integration and robotics platform development.

Jacek Caban
AI system architecture and integration of AI models with robotics solutions.
Jacek Caban graduated in computer science from Wrocław University of Science and Technology with a Data Science specialization. He designs and deploys AI systems, language models, and AI agents for business use.
He took part in one of the first commercial deployments of a leading Polish language model, supporting practical use of Polish AI. At Brave Mind Fighters he architects AI systems and integrates AI models with robotics solutions.

Walery Kusznirski
AI systems integration and software infrastructure for robotics.
Walery Kusznirski graduated in Digital Marketing from Łazarski University with a blockchain-related specialization and previously studied management at the University of Warsaw. For years he has built software projects and machine-learning solutions.
He worked on the Bielik-R project, gaining experience implementing Polish language models. At Brave Mind Fighters he integrates AI systems and develops software infrastructure for robotics.
